Bangladesh, Oct. 13 -- Accountant Ziaur Rahman Zia, FCA, has recently been elected Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of SBAC Bank PLC. He is serving as an Independent Director of the Bank.

Zia is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of professional experience in audit, finance, and corporate governance.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and an elected Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and is also an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
