Bangladesh, July 24 -- The 9th extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) and the 31st annual general meeting (AGM) of Southeast Bank PLC. were held on Thursday through a digital platform.

MA Kashem, chairman of Southeast Bank PLC, presided over the meeting.

Bank's vice chairperson Rehana Rahman took part in the meeting virtually by using digital platform.

Other directors Jusna Ara Kashem, Duluma Ahmed, Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Engr Khandker Badrul Hassan (chairman of risk management committee), Nur Nahar Tarin, Md Rafiqul Islam (nominee of Asia Insurance PLC), independent directors Barrister M Moyeen Alam Firozee (chairman of audit committee) and Nurjahan Begum were also present in the meeting.
