Bangladesh, July 20 -- State-owned Rupali Bank PLC held its 40th Annual General Meeting in a hybrid format at its head office in Dilkusha, Dhaka, on Sunday.Geographic Reference

The bank presented its audited financial statements for 2025 at the meeting, while shareholders unanimously approved all proposals placed on the agenda.

Md Nazrul Huda, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rupali Bank, chaired the meeting.

Kamrul Haque Maruf, Joint Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division under the Ministry of Finance, attended as the government's representative.

Rupali Bank Managing Director Kazi Md Wahidul Islam delivered the welcome address, while Director AHM Moin Uddin also spoke.
