Bangladesh, July 22 -- The Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RPMP) held its June 2026 crime review meeting at the Police Commissioner's Office on Tuesday . The meeting was presided over by Police Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Mabud.

It was informed in the meeting that 182 people were arrested in 110 non-FIR cases and 150 accused in 156 cases in the anti-drug and crime drive in June.

In addition, 74 drug dealers were arrested in 60 drug cases. 1.114 kg of marijuana, 947 pieces of yaba, 22 grams of heroin, 33 pieces of tapendol, 16 bottles of phensidyl, two auto-rickshaws, two motorcycles and a stolen AC cord were recovered in the drive.
