Bangladesh, July 2 -- The Premier Bank PLC held its 27th annual general meeting (AGM) in a hybrid format on Tuesday at the Golf Garden in the city.

The meeting was presided over by the bank's sponsor shareholder and chairman Dr Arifur Rahman.
