Bangladesh, June 1 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will address a press conference on Monday to brief the public on the government's initiatives and programmes undertaken ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

The press conference is scheduled to begin at 12:00pm at the Karabi Hall of the Prime Minister's Office in Tejgaon, Dhaka.

Prime Minister's Adviser and Office Spokesperson Mahdi Amin, Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman and members of the Prime Minister's Press Wing will also attend the briefing.

The briefing is likely to provide details on the government's Eid-related initiatives and public engagement programmes.
