Bangladesh, Sept. 17 -- The 12th Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of National Credit and Commerce Bank PLC (NCC Bank) was held on Tuesday, through a digital platform.

The meeting approved the proposed amendment to Article 108(1) of the Articles of Association of the Bank.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of NCC Bank, Mohammed Nurun Newaz Salim, Vice-Chairman Abdus Salam, and among the Directors, Chairman of the Executive Committee Khairul Alam Chaklader; Md. Moinuddin, Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz; former Vice-Chairman Tanzina Ali; Syed Asif Nizamuddin; Shamima Newaz; Morshedul Alam Chaklader; Nahid Banu; and Independent Director Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher, FCA participated in the meeting through the digital platform.
