Dhaka, Nov. 1 -- Md Anwar Hossain (54), a former computer operator of The New Nation died on Friday evening at his Demra residence in the capital.

He left behind wife, two daughters and a son to mourn his death. Anwar was son of late Abdul Jabbar Mia. He was suffering from severe kidney disease.

Anwar Hossain, also worked for several national dailies for many years, was diagnosed with complete kidney failure, according to medical reports. He was undergoing dialysis twice a week.
