Dhaka, Oct. 8 -- Acting UP chairman has tragically died after suffering a heart attack due to a loud thunderclap in Kamalganj. He is Fazlur Rahman, the acting chairman of Islampur Union Parishad No. 9, bordering the upazila. The incident took place at around 3:30 pm in Mokabil village of Islampur union.
