Bangladesh, Aug. 1 -- Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has reviewed the half-yearly performance of its Dhaka North and Dhaka South zones, with senior officials calling for stronger digital banking services, improved governance and greater customer confidence.Banking

The bank held its Half-Yearly Business Development Conference for the two zones at Islami Bank Tower in Dhaka on Friday, according to a press release.

Mohammad Zahir Hussain, executive director of Bangladesh Bank and sole representative on Islami Bank's board of directors, addressed the conference as chief guest.
