Dhaka, Oct. 12 -- The International Day of the Girl Child 2025 is being observed globally on Saturday to raise awareness about girls' rights and the challenges they face.
The day highlights issues such as gender inequality, child marriage, and lack of access to education, while promoting the rights of girls to health, safety, and education, reports BSS.This year's theme is "The Girl I Am, the Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontlines of Crisis."
