Dhaka, Oct. 26 -- The National Citizen Party (NCP) submitted a 15-point proposal to the Public Service Commission (PSC) on the ongoing BCS exams, while Southern Region Chief Organiser Hasnat Abdullah voiced strong dissatisfaction with the Ministry of Public Administration's handling of the process. On Sunday, NCP South Region Chief Organiser Hasnat Abdullah, Joint Convener Monira Sharmin, and Joint Member Secretary Mohammad Miraz Mia submitted the proposal to PSC Chairman Mobasser Monem.
Talking to reporters after the meeting, Hasnat alleged that while the PSC has been seeking financial and administrative autonomy, the Public Administration Ministry is 'acting like a bully' across the system.
