Bangladesh, Aug. 29 -- The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Federal Insurance PLC was held on a digital platform recently.
Enamul Hoq, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved the company's annual accounts for 2025 and 10pc cash dividend in the meeting.
