Dhaka, Dec. 27 -- Actor Mamnun Hasan Emon's new movie 'Moynar Char' is scheduled to be released at the beginning of the New Year. The actor signed a contract for this movie, produced with government subsidy, at the end of last year.

The movie is being shot in Char Alexander, Ramgati Upazila, Lakshmipur. The movie is now fully ready for release after completing the remaining work.

The film has already received clearance from the Film Certification Board without any cuts, said the film's director, Mostafizur Rahman.
