Dhaka, Oct. 26 -- The Detective Branch (DB) of police today arrested a woman drug racketeer from city's Uttara area and seized 285 kilograms (KGs) of ganja from her possession.

The DB Wari division from a reliable source came to know that a gang of drug racketeers have been waiting with a huge consignment of drugs near Bata Show room at Uttara area on Dhaka-Mymensigh Highway at about 2.30am.

On the basis of this information, three teams of the DB rushed to the spot and found one Rubi Akhter waiting with a travel bag and a plastic bag near a private car and a microbus.
