Bangladesh, Oct. 7 -- Chattogram Port will go fully paperless and digital by December as part of an initiative to modernise operations, reduce transport costs, improve transparency and ease long-standing traffic congestion at the port, officials said.

The Chattogram Port Authority (CPA) has taken the initiative following a recent progress review meeting chaired by its Chairman Rear Admiral SM Moniruzzaman, with emphasis on expanding existing digital services, integrating departmental platforms and ending remaining manual processes.
