Dhaka, Oct. 12 -- Engineer Ishraq Hossain, BNP's mayoral candidate for Dhaka South City Corporation and a member of the party chairperson's Advisory Committee on Foreign Affairs, has gotten engaged.The matter was confirmed on Saturday by BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan, who said that Engineer Ishraq Hossain exchanged engagement rings in a family ceremony on Friday night.

Ishraq Hossain is the eldest son of the late Sadeque Hossain Khoka, former mayor of undivided Dhaka City.
