Dhaka, Aug. 21 -- Bangladesh Under-17 Women's Football team defeated Bhutan Under-17 Women's Football team by three goals to one in their first match of the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Under-17 Women's Championship at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimpu, the capital city of Bhutan on Wednesday.
Alpi Akter scored two goals and her teammate Sauravi Akanda Prity netted one goal while Choden of Bhutan pulled off one.
Bangladesh led the first half 1-0. Prity put her team ahead by a header using a volley of her teammate Alpi in the 2nd minute of the injury time of the first half.
