Dhaka, Nov. 13 -- Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus on Wednesday said Bangladesh is preparing for a national election that will mark a historic turning point for the nation.
"You have arrived at a time when Bangladesh is experiencing a profound transformation - a movement driven by its young people. We are now preparing for an election that will be a defining moment in our national history," the Chief Adviser said.
Prof Yunus made the remarks while meeting Canadian Senator Salma Ataullahjan and Members of Parliament Salma Zahid and Sameer Zuberi at the State Guest House Jamuna.
