Dhaka, Aug. 17 -- Dr. Mst. Minara Khatun, Professor at the Department of Microbiology and Hygiene, Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), has successfully completed the Capstone Course 2025/2 under the National Defence College's (NDC) strategic leadership programme.
She received her certificate from Chief of Army Staff General Waker Uz Zaman and NDC Commandant Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque during a ceremony at Mirpur Cantonment, Dhaka.
