Bangladesh, May 7 -- All army personnel will be withdrawn from the field by next June. According to sources from the Core Committee meeting on law and order, the final withdrawal will begin from June 6.

This decision was made at the first Core Committee meeting held on Tuesday, May 5. The meeting was held with the aim of reviewing the country's law and order situation and determining future courses of action after the new government took charge.

In the first phase, army personnel will be brought back from the remote districts of the country. Afterwards, the withdrawal of troops from divisional cities and major districts will also be completed in stages. The entire process is planned to be finished within June.
