Dhaka, Oct. 2 -- On the occasion of the tenth death anniversary of the renowned industrialist and social worker, Late Iftikhar Uddin Ahmed (Ifti), founding chairman of Raz Overseas Limited and Bonanza Group of Industries, a special programme to be held today.

The event will include recitation of the Quran, offering of dua, and distribution of food among orphans, says a press release.

The commemorations will take place at various mosques and orphanages in his ancestral home of Potikchori, Raypura, Chattogram, as well as at five orphanages in Kaliganj, including one in Uttara.

The activities are being organised on behalf of his family to honor his memory and charitable legacy.
