Dhaka, Aug. 20 -- A Dhaka court has placed four more suspects on three-day police remand in connection with the killing of Rahat Hossain Rabbi at a Banani Shisha bar.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md Ziadur Rahman passed the order on Tuesday (19 August) after hearing submissions from both prosecution and defence.
The four accused are Md Mir Hossain (22), Md Fazle Rabbi (24), Sabbir Ahmed Sumon (30), and Arafat Islam Fahim (27). With them, a total of six individuals have now been remanded in the case.
Investigating officer Sub-Inspector Md Amzad Sheikh of Banani Police Station produced the accused before the court, seeking seven days' remand for each.
