Bangladesh, June 30 -- The Cyber Crime Unit of the Operations and Intelligence Branch of the 3rd Armed Police Battalion (APBn), Khulna, recovered 107 lost mobile phones and returned Tk 86,480 to victims of bKash fraud during June 2026 as part of its ongoing efforts to combat cyber-enabled crimes.
The initiative was carried out under the direction of Additional DIG MM Salahuddin, Commanding Officer of 3rd APBn.
The unit has been conducting regular operations across areas under its jurisdiction to recover lost mobile phones, prevent Facebook and online fraud, and seize illegal arms and narcotics.
