Bangladesh, July 22 -- The government on Tuesday announced the Hajj packages for 2027, setting the maximum package cost at Tk 6,15,263 and the minimum package cost at Tk 5,05,648 for pilgrims travelling under the government arrangement.

Religious Affairs Minister Kazi Mofazzal Hossain announced the packages at a press briefing at the Secretariat, saying the government has focused on making Hajj services more affordable and accessible.

Under the first government package, pilgrims will be accommodated within 1,000 to 1,400 metres of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and in the Markazia area of Madinah.
