Dhaka, Aug. 21 -- Bollywood's queen Kangana Ranaut, who often gets into controversies with her contemporaries, recently revealed in an interview how she was punished by her mother for not menstruating as a child. Kangana said, "There was a time when girls in the family were looked down upon and ridiculed. Now my parents feel uncomfortable when they hear about that time." She said that due to the patriarchal nature of the family, there was also a distance between siblings.
