Bangladesh, March 19 -- Ahead of the holy festival of Eid-ul-Fitr, an online-based forum of women entrepreneurs, House of Beauty Bloom, has taken a unique initiative in Rajshahi to bring smiles to the faces of underprivileged people.

The event, titled "Eid Khushir Haat," allowed people to collect essential food items and clothing for just Tk5.

The exceptional market was held on Tuesday around 11am at Jadughar Mor in the Hatemkha area of the city.

Nearly one thousand low-income individuals were able to purchase the necessary items at a nominal price in the haat. Going beyond conventional relief efforts, the organizers added a distinctive touch to the initiative.
