Anantnag, April 5 -- : Welcoming the recently passed Private Universities Bill by the J&K Assembly, Senior National Conference (NC) leader and Vice District President Anantnag, Imran Amin Shah, stated that the historic legislation will open new avenues for quality higher education within Jammu & Kashmir.
