Srinagar, July 18 -- The 3rd Chinar Book Festival has begun at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), Srinagar, and will continue from July 18 to July 26, 2026.
Bringing together over 200 publishers, the festival features thousands of books in multiple languages, engaging author interactions, cultural performances, and a 10% discount on all books. The event aims to promote reading, literature, and a vibrant literary culture among people of all ages.
