Srinagar, July 20 -- Heavy rainfall lashed Srinagar, leaving several areas waterlogged and disrupting normal life across the city. Roads turned into streams, traffic slowed to a crawl, and commuters faced severe inconvenience as water accumulated at multiple locations.
