Srinagar, April 21 -- A once-modern road under the Smart City project now lies in ruins. The Khayam-Nowpora stretch, meant to symbolise urban transformation, is today riddled with potholes, broken tiles, and daily traffic hazards.
Locals report frequent accidents, especially involving bikers and e-rickshaws, as poor construction quality and lack of durability turn this busy route into a daily struggle.
