Srinagar, April 7 -- Srinagar- Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Srinagar City, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat on Tuesday said that the department has intensified enforcement against the use of pressure horns, high-beam lights, hidden number plates and other violations, following a surge in public complaints across the city.

SSP Bhat said several complaints have been received from residents, particularly along the national highway and city bypass, where heavy vehicles and truckers frequently use high-intensity pressure horns.

"We received many complaints from people regarding pressure horns, especially on highways where truckers use high-intensity horns, causing inconvenience to the public," he said, as per news agency KNO.
