Srinagar, Sept. 22 -- Residents of Sathu Payeen (Jogi Lane) in Barbar Shah, Srinagar, have raised serious concerns over the growing accumulation of garbage, junk, and construction debris in their locality.

The Mohalla Committee has written to the Srinagar Municipal Corporation, highlighting that the unattended waste has created an unhygienic environment, blocked movement on roads, and caused a foul odor that affects the daily lives of residents. The committee warned that the situation is worsening with each passing day, turning the area into a makeshift dumping ground.
