Srinagar, Aug. 22 -- Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness intermittent rain and thundershowers over the coming days, with the Meteorological Centre warning of possible flash floods, mudslides and landslides in vulnerable areas following intense showers.

The weather remained generally hot and humid across the Union Territory on Saturday, with scattered to many places receiving rain and thundershowers. Brief spells of intense rainfall were likely at isolated places, particularly in parts of the Jammu division, mainly during the morning and afternoon hours, the MeT said.
