Srinagar, April 28 -- Jammu-Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said the Kashmiri Pandit community carried its cultural identity despite displacement, as he launched the book"The Waves of Resilience: Story of Radio Sharda"in Jammu.

The book, edited by Ramesh Hangloo, documents the journey and impact of Radio Sharda through contributions from listeners, writers and prominent members of the Kashmiri Pandit community. It highlights the platform's role in sustaining socio-cultural engagement among the displaced population.

Addressing the gathering, Sinha said the Kashmiri Pandit community endured "genocide and uprooting" from their ancestral homeland, leaving behind material possessions but retaining their culture, traditions, faith,...
