Srinagar, April 9 -- Jammu- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday said that nation-building is rooted in a shared mindset and cannot be viewed solely as the responsibility of the government, urging citizens, especially the youth, to reconnect with their cultural heritage and values.
Speaking at a musical opera 'Mata Sukrala Ki Kahani' at Abhinav Theatre here, the Lieutenant Governor said a strong nation is built on the integrity of its citizens, shared values and mutual trust, not merely on physical infrastructure.
