Leh, Oct. 16 -- In a significant development signaling complete restoration of peace and normalcy, Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta chaired a high-level security review meeting at the LG Secretariat, Leh, to assess the prevailing law and order and overall security scenario across the Union Territory.

The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Dr. Pawan Kotwal, Director General of Police Dr. S.D. Singh Jamwal, DIG CRPF P.R. Jambolkar, Deputy Commissioner Leh, Senior Superintendent of Police Leh, Commanding Officer 79 Battalion Shri Sanjay Kumar, Commanding Officer Rajat Jain, and other senior officials.
