Srinagar, Sept. 26 -- Srinagar- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has lauded the Armed Forces Medical Services for conducting a mega eye surgical camp in Tangdhar area of Karnah under Operation Drishti, where 220 people underwent eye surgeries.
In a post on X, Sinha described the initiative as a "remarkable achievement", noting that the surgeries were performed at an underground operation theatre in the challenging border area.
He said the medical team, led by Brigadier Sanjay Kumar Mishra, had demonstrated the spirit of Operation Sadbhavana by taking advanced eye-care services to remote border areas.
