India, March 15 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday handed over appointment letters to 27 next of kin (NoKs) of victims of terrorism during a function held at Lok Bhavan here, reaffirming the administration's commitment to deliver justice and rehabilitation to families affected by militancy.

The Lieutenant Governor also distributed appointment letters to 22 NoKs of deceased government employees under the Jammu and Kashmir Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme2022 and SRO43.

Addressing the gathering, Sinha reiterated his resolve to secure justice for every family that lost loved ones to terrorism and said pending cases related to terror victims would be reopened to bring perpetrators to justice.
