Srinagar, Aug. 8 -- Mumbai- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday addressed the convocation of the ninth batch and induction ceremony of the 10th batch of the Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership (IIDL), an initiative of Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, and called upon young leaders to uphold honesty, humility, ethics and public service.
