Srinagar, Sept. 19 -- Srinagar- From IIT Madras and the Port of Chennai to Mahabalipuram and Auroville, a 13-member media delegation from Jammu and Kashmir returned home on Saturday after a five-day exposure tour that offered journalists a firsthand look at South India's development, innovation, heritage and tourism landscape.

The delegation comprised of editors, correspondents, reporters, and photojournalists representing prominent Srinagar-based publications.

The tour was organised by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) and was aimed at fostering inter-regional understanding and developmental exposure.
