Srinagar, Aug. 12 -- In the Jammu region, both ground and aerial surveillance have been intensified, with additional Quick Response Teams (QRTs) deployed in Jammu city.

Army and Border Security Force (BSF) units are maintaining a heightened vigil along the 225-km Line of Control (LoC) and the 192-km International Border (IB), while patrolling and area domination in the hinterland have also been reinforced.

Border grid security has been tightened, with all border roads under strict watch.
