Srinagar, July 29 -- Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness more rainfall over the coming days, with the Meteorological Department (MeT) warning of flash floods, landslides and mudslides in vulnerable areas till August 2.

According to the MeT, most places across the Union Territory are expected to receive light to moderate rain and thundershowers from July 30 to 31. Brief spells of heavy to torrential rain are likely at a few places in the Jammu division, generally during the early morning, morning and late afternoon to evening hours. A few places in the Kashmir division may also witness brief intense showers.
