Srinagar, July 31 -- Srinagar- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said the transformation witnessed in Jammu and Kashmir over the past six years was the result of sustained efforts to rebuild public trust, restore dignity and ensure governance reached every citizen, while asserting that strong action had dismantled the terror ecosystem in the Union Territory.

Addressing officers attending the Higher Command Course-55 at the Army War College, Mhow, during an interaction at the Raj Bhavan, Sinha said effective governance must reach every household, particularly those in remote villages and among the most marginalized sections of society.
