Srinagar, Sept. 17 -- Puducherry - Lieutenant Governor K. Kailashnathan has said Jammu and Kashmir needs to offer a combination of incentives, improved infrastructure and reliable connectivity to attract greater industrial investment, while sharing Puducherry's roadmap to emerge as a major medical tourism destination.

Kailashnathan made the remarks during an hour-long interaction with a delegation of journalists from Kashmir who called on him at Lok Niwas in Puducherry on Wednesday.

The media delegation from Srinagar is on a five-day tour of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry organised by the Press Information Bureau (PIB), Government of India, to acquaint journalists with development initiatives and public welfare programmes.
