Srinagar, Aug. 12 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking quashing of an FIR registered against a former General Manager of District Industries Centre (DIC), Pulwama, in connection with alleged irregularities in allotment of industrial land and execution of lease deeds.

A bench of Justice Shahzad Azeem dismissed the petition filed by the former GM, Laiq Parvez, observing that the investigation by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) was still at a preliminary stage and involved several interlinked issues concerning beneficiaries and officers of SICOP/SIDCO.
