Srinagar, Aug. 8 -- Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir has been allocated Rs 173.44 crore under the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP) during the last five years, while Ladakh received Rs 21.81 crore during the same period, according to data furnished by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the Lok Sabha.

As per the reply by Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Anupriya Patel to an unstarred question, the allocations for Jammu and Kashmir stood at Rs 23 crore in 2021-22, Rs 23.64 crore in 2022-23, Rs 26 crore in 2023-24, Rs 35.33 crore in 2024-25 and Rs 65.47 crore in 2025-26.

For Ladakh, the allocation stood at Rs 3.90 crore in 2021-22, Rs 4.10 crore in 2022-23, Rs 4.51 crore in 2023-24, Rs 4.14 crore in 2024-25...
