India, Dec. 24 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday filed a chargesheet for allegedly offering a bribe of Rs: 30,000 to the Superintendent of Police, City South Jammu.
Officials said the bribe was allegedly offered in exchange for extending the date of an exhibition-cum-sale at Gole Market, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
According to a statement, on 24-12-2025, Jammu & Kashmir Anti Corruption Bureau produced charge-sheet in case FIR No. 01/2024 u/s 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 before the Hon'ble Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Jammu against Chander Sekhar Vohra, Proprietor of M/s Asian Associates, for offering bribe to the Superintendent of Police, City South, Jammu, for seeking undue favour in co...
