Srinagar, June 26 -- Srinagar- In a first-of-its-kind initiative, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Rajbagh, Srinagar, has introduced a digital student tracking system that instantly notifies parents when their daughters enter or leave the school premises.

The system, known as the "Student Smart Card", has been developed within the school to strengthen student safety and improve communication between the institution and parents.

Principal Rajinder Kour said that parents automatically receive a message on their mobile phones the moment a student arrives at the school. A second message is generated when the student leaves the campus, informing parents of the exact departure time.
