India, Sept. 11 -- Srinagar: In a significant step towards rehabilitating families devastated by natural calamities, cross-border shelling, and terrorism, the High-range Rural Development Society (HRDS India) Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Divisional Commissioners of Jammu and the Kashmir for building houses damaged during Operation Sindoor and the recent floods in the Union Territory.
