India, Sept. 11 -- Srinagar: In a significant step towards rehabilitating families devastated by natural calamities, cross-border shelling, and terrorism, the High-range Rural Development Society (HRDS India) Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Divisional Commissioners of Jammu and the Kashmir for building houses damaged during Operation Sindoor and the recent floods in the Union Territory.
The initiative, spearheaded by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, reflects his vision of empowering and safeguarding the future of families affected by unprovoked enemy shelling and terrorism.
